EPD Land Development Corporation was founded in 2016 to engage in housing development in key economic growth centers in Mindanao. It's dream is to be at the forefront of providing safe, decent and affordable housing in order to help people realize their dreams of having a house they can call their own. We are committed to being the best and delivering the best for our clients, investors and stakeholders. Our company is based in Davao City and is currently working to kick-off a new residential subdivision project in Island Garden City of Samal, Davao Del Norte.

OUR STORY

EPD Land was coined from the initials of the company founders. In 2006, the company founders first ventured into online trading business, which afforded them the venue to hone their entrepreneurial skills and the resources to start for another journey that led them to real estate business.

The company was incorporated in 2016 to engage in real estate development and has since gained traction in the real estate market by stressing on the effective use of its key strengths in its people, technology and industry partners.
